With over a decade of experience working in recruitment, career coaching, and people-focused industries, I founded Flair Recruitment LLC to bring a human-centered approach to hiring and professional growth.

I’ve recruited for global companies in creative industries, represented organizations at international career fairs, and guided professionals at all stages of their journey. My background blends corporate recruiting expertise with a passion for mentorship and international networking.
